“ Love this places vibe. Great ambiance for a date night. Food is amazing and so are the margaritas! Great customer service. ”
“ First time my partner and I in the area and stopped in for a quick drink. Great hospitality from the moment we walked in, to the bartender explaining the signature drink options , and serving staff pulling up a extra chair to make a seat for us. We settled on a couple cucumber frozen margaritas and they were awesome! Definitely will be back to try the food next time! ”
“ We came back to Vivo for its excellent fresh menu! We've never been let down w the food or service. Their chalupas compuestos, verde Ck and Chipotle Enchiladas always excellent. Best Chips and Smokey Salsa in town ”
“ Great food! The chicken enchiladas and tortilla soup were a huge hit amongst the group. Everything was very flavorful and portions were plenty. It's a little tucked in and difficult to find at first but great Tex-Mex in the north Austin area. Will definitely be returning! ”
“ Miracle at Vivo is amazing - very accommodating and helpful in making great recommendations! One suggestion made to me was the spinach quesadilla. It was very good! This spot also has a relaxed and fun vibe. Happy hour during the week is a good time to pop in. It starts to get crowded on Friday nights around 6 or 7. ”
“ Came here with a friend last night for the first time and really loved this spot! The restaurant itself is very cute with nice patio seating out front and dim lighting inside that gives the space a nice vibe. I was craving a marg so I got a frozen mango margarita and it was great. We got an order of guac to split as an appetizer and neither of us really enjoyed it to be honest. One of my pet peeves with Mexican restaurants is when the guac is basically just mashed avocado with nothing added to it and that's pretty much what this was. Not a big deal tho, the rest of our food was great! I got the Emma's choice meal and chose the chipotle chicken enchilada and beef puffy taco and everything was really good! Our server was nice and our food came out pretty quickly. Will definitely be back! ”
“ Vivo is located close to one of my work locations and it's a go-to with colleagues for lunch. Decent Tex-Mex with nicely priced lunch specials. I love the puffy taco with rice and cup of tortilla soup deal. It's only 9 bux. ”
“ Very very good! Love the easy parking. The salad was huge with a generous portion of chicken. I loved the toasted pumpkin seeds. The verde enchiladas were good although the tortillas were a little too thick / tough. Overall, food was good and we would go back Service was great, friendly although they cleaned up too quickly. They took away utensils while we were still eating. ”
“ I recently visited here with my friend and we had an amazing dinner! The parking situation outside is a bit of a mess as the spaces were incredibly narrow, but there's a lot next door that allows for a bit more room in parking. We did have a reservation and were promptly seated by the host, who was incredibly friendly! Our waitress was also very prompt in coming over to take care of us, but it was a bit harder trying to get our bill to pay and go home at the end of the night. I felt bad because we left after close, but we asked to pay before then and were told not to worry about it and not to rush. I always hate leaving after a restaurant closes, so I think I'd try to get everything taken care of sooner the next time we go! As for the food, everything was delicious and I absolutely LOVED that when I asked if the tortillas for the enchiladas were only corn and had no wheat, the waitress asked if it was for a gluten allergy. After I let her know it was, she told the kitchen to prepare everything separately to help prevent any contamination. So thankful for that! I don't know that I would order a flavored margarita again, as it was good, but I didn't taste as much of the hibiscus. BUT I will absolutely be back for the enchiladas and flan!! The chips and salsa were also fantastic. All in all, it was a great experience and my friend also mentioned bringing her husband here in the future, so you can tell we both enjoyed it! ”
